A Short History of Kuchling Consulting Engineers
Kuchling Consulting Engineers (KCE) was established as a new and independent firm by Mr Gerd Kuchling in 1984.
As of 1 March 2007, the directorship of KCE was taken over by the son, Felix Kuchling, who is a Namibian national and a professional engineer registered with the Engineering Council of Namibia.
Prior to 2007, Felix Kuchling was employed with Lund Consulting Engineers CC for 9 years and was a member of the Closed Cooperation (CC) since 2002. In the period from 1992 to 1998 he worked in Germany for Kläranlagen Steinle Verfahrenstechnik GmbH and before that from 1991 to 1992 with the Department of Water Affairs in Windhoek.
Thus, under the new directorship, the firm claims 28 years of professional experience and expertise in Germany and Namibia in the fields listed under Key Capabilities.
